How to Apply
Becoming an Affiliate is easier than you may think. Simply complete and submit your Affiliate registration form to get started.
Affiliates pay $150, which renews annually on January 1. This fee is waived for MICO (Michigan Coalition for Pregnancy Wellness) members.
You’ll receive a 10% discount on the SUMMIT Conference (Not lodging and meals) and access to numerous benefits, including mini mobile summits, webinar access, and staff/board retreats.
*Please note that affiliation with Life Matters Worldwide is no longer offered to pregnancy care centers outside the United States.
